Our runners had a very good day at the Headwaters Invitational. The course, and the weather perfect for running fast and everyone did just that. All six runners had a lifetime best 5K. Kirsten Schmidt and Bailey Kroeker improved by over two minutes. Some of the boys were over a minute faster, Kyler Harris and Seba Schroeder were about 35 to 45 seconds faster.
Kyler Harris won the race overall with a time of 16.52. Congratulations to Clint May and the cross country team.
